Arlene J. Locicero

Born in Prospect Park, New Jersey, Arlene was raised in Hawthorne, New Jersey where she, her husband, Jacob, and her family continue to reside. A veteran teacher, she retired in 2000 after 22 years in the teaching profession. A graduate of Hawthorne High School and Montclair State College, Arlene and Jacob became donor family members when their daughter, Amy, was murdered in the Long Island Rail Road Massacre of Dec. 7, 1993. Married 47 years, she is the proud grandmother of Amelia Lyn and Jacob William, born to her surviving daughter, Carrie.
